After receiving the delivery, it took about 20 minutes to assemble. The hardest part was trying to decipher the assigned letter and number combinations on the parts' packaging with those in the assembly instructions. The fabric is durable, the armrests are at a convenient height and position, and pivot up parallel to the back of the chair for easy entry and exit. The bottom of the chair is wider than others I've bought with a solid mounting base (wood?). Comfort is rated 4 stars as the padding isn't as thick as other chairs I've had. We'll have to see how time goes by whether the pad is tight or not. Overall happy with this purchase.
