Review on Digital Clock, Battery Operated Clock, Cordless, Small LED Clock, 1.2'' Tall Sparkling Red LED Number Display, Snooze, Alarm Clock For Heavy Sleepers Adults Kids Students Bedroom Bathroom Kitchen by Anden Turn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

This clock is OK. Here are the many reasons why:

This Kwanwa clock is merely OK. Once you receive it, you will also realize this too. It is similar to the $5 clocks in the dollar stores. Everything about this clock is cheap. The look of the housing, the feel of the buttons, the look of the display. The body is thin shiny plastic which arrives pre-scratched from the delivery ride. The fit and finish also middling. The clock only weighs a few ounces, but the four AA batteries save this possible deficit. Just remove and install the batteries and you will be reminded of the quality when you deal with the compartment door! The display is not gigantic as many reviewers note as they compare it to half inch displays on electronics. It is an inch and a quarter, just as the description states and is fairly normal (and adequate) for a bedside clock. The display is not clear though as the backlight bleeds through. This makes the entire background glow which obviously takes away the contrast of the numbers. The three brightness settings barely have any effect on the actual brightness. The buttons for the settings and the slide switch for the brightness feel cheap and makes one wonder how long the clock will last. The buttons are mushy with no tactile feedback. The slider is the same with no positive click for each of the positions. The basic setting functions are easy to figure out.In summary, this clock is a three star product and in no way a four and a half star which the reviews reflect. It is OK.

Pros
  • Just a simple very clear watch (i did not use it to wake up...
Cons
  • The clock may not have the ability to adjust for daylight saving time automatically.
