The best thing about this software is its ability to understand what you are saying even when there's background noise or if you're speaking too fast. It can also track your interactions with other agents so it will tell you how many times an agent has spoken to you as well as which agents have been available for you. There could be some improvement regarding the UI of the application but I do not think they've fixed all issues yet since their updates come quite often. We use this software at work because we provide live assistance through our website.
