Review on 🧽 Riedel Microfiber Polishing Cloth by Erin Thomas

I use this cloth to polish my Spiegelau wine glasses and it works great. After receiving my first set of good wine glasses, I realized that if I just air dried the glasses I would leave water stains all over the glass. So I went to Revain to find a good dryer. Riedel is a well-known brand and the price was definitely reasonable, so I went with this fabric. The size is large enough that you can cover both hands with the cloth so you don't leave fingerprints on freshly polished glass, and the cloth is durable and won't scratch the glass. I've been using this cloth for almost a year now and still don't feel the need to wash it. I usually wash glasses by hand, and when I'm done washing a glass, I turn it upside down. on a paper towel. Then when I'm done with the glasses (sometimes 10 glasses at a time) I start drying the first glass I washed. At this point, the glass is still wet to the skin, so my rag isn't soaked to the skin, but there is still enough moisture on the glass to polish and wipe clean. To get to the inside of the bowls, I usually crumple up the cloth and stuff it into the bowl. Then I just rotate the jar while holding the rag wiping the rag on the inside of the bowl. However, be careful. Spiegelau jars are pretty strong, but you can break a Riedel's leg if you do what I do and twist the jar on the leg while holding the fabric inside. My glasses are always clean and clear. If you are looking for a durable and reliable glasses cleaning cloth, choose this one.
