Easy integration with other software applications (including Outlook) as well as multiple devices/networks makes it very useful! The ability to easily access information from any location at anytime works extremely well for our needs and I have nothing negative to say about this product so far. Our team has been able to quickly adapt using smartbutlers platform which streamlines all of our hotel operations allowing us more time to actually focus on what we do best - hospitality! As mentioned above, ease of accessing information anywhere allows me to get back into my comfort zone when working remotely while also being aware if something important comes up that requires immediate attention or not. It's almost like having "another set of eyes" monitoring everything happening around you without needing additional staff members. This helps keep everyone focused on their job duties but still keeps an eye out for anything unexpected.
