Quality of Chain for Locket
I love the locket--its beautiful and durable but the chain that goes with it--is not right for something that is a little heavy and so hard to lock. I wasn't able to change the chain due to the way its made and I had to pay a fee. I had to purchase a new chain! Change that chain to make the customer's $ worth it!
