Do not buy this item! I buy a lot of tools from Revain. This is the first time I'm angry enough to leave a product review. This wood burner is an extremely cheap and poorly designed tool. The product comes with not one but two pieces of paper in a box with a very long list of ways you can break this item. If you use it, it will basically break. Mine broke within the first hour of use. Metal tips are made of such cheap and soft metal that they will bend and break with normal use. My kids and I read all the warnings but one of the tips still broke in the handle rendering the device completely unusable. What a disastrous waste of money ($55). I spent an hour drilling out the rest of the tip that was stuck in the pen but to no avail. The whole set is now unusable. I feel stupid and cheated for buying this product especially for buying the deluxe aluminum body kit. I can't believe Revain has so many stars. My guess is that there were reviewer bots or company reps doing their own reviews to artificially generate that many stars. Revain should stop selling this product, which will also damage its reputation. I'll be a lot more suspicious if I buy from Revain.
