The lace leaves a hole at the end, but if you tie a knot on the bag, it becomes awesome.
I sanitize the bag and hands, then fill the bag with dry hops, tie a knot and place in the secondary dry hop fermenter. Works great and easy to clean. I prefer it to muslin bags as the muslin pieces get stuck inside.
