Okay so 12 is a bit redundant but I plan on renting two more of these. I love green tea and was looking for something to drink loose tea at work. After several hours of searching the internet I decided on this one and was not disappointed. This thermos/mug keeps my tea hot all day, I refilled it when I got to work at 8am and was still drinking the same cup when I drove home from work in the evening, the tea was up warm then, but it was by 9pm. I fill the cup and leave the lid open for a good 30 minutes to cool down and while I drink it I just put the lid on and don't screw it back on, it seems to be holding. in a lot of heat and makes you drink faster. I was a little confused about a few things when I first got the mug, so the things I found helpful after using it a few times: The lid is only for airtight heating/cooling control, you have to drink from it Unscrew the whole lid and drink from the wide opening. Tea is poured with water, and not in a basket, a basket so that the leaves do not fall into the mouth when drinking. My green tea doesn't get bitter after leaving it in water for a long time, so I'm fine with that. Since you drink through a wide mouth, drinking in the car isn't easy, but the lid is airtight and the mug can be thrown in a backpack or purse and carried around all day without leaking.
