Poor scanning reliability
Not suitable for fast operations. I bought 3 of these to replace Motorola devices but they are poor quality and don't scan 1D barcodes well. It takes 3 or 4 attempts to get a scan even in auto and manual modes. Also tried Bluetooth and wired connections but the scan result was just as bad. 2D scanning was more reliable, but still not the best compared to older Motorola devices. They are not impressed and come back.
