5 stars, easy assembly, although one screw is not fully screwed in. Tried everything else but just the hole it fits in isn't done right. With a set of allen keys I have to drive it in almost to the end to keep it from moving. Obviously it sticks out a little, but I don't care. I'm sick of the expensive swivel chairs that I'm always quick to erect or their pumps fail or the seat doesn't hold up (or else they recline when you try to snuggle up against your back). So I switched to the chair and this one had nothing but rave reviews and was reasonably priced. 2 days shipping unbeatable. The loin is great although I fear it will wear out over time. The seat cushion is premium and doesn't feel like it's going to wear out quickly, although the faux leather can rub away over time. I use my chair at home on my computer 3-4 hours a day and can't afford a real office quality swivel chair that costs $300-400 or more. I'll update after a few months of use if anything goes wrong. . Assuming I'm still in love :D Plus it's the perfect height for a standard computer desk. Approximately 29 inches to table top, although if you're shorter I would use a keyboard tray, I'm 6 feet tall.
