This dispenser has been a game changer for my gluten-free baking! According to my experience, it dispenses the perfect amount every time making it easy to measure and mix.The programmable feature has also saved me a lot of time by automatically dispensing the exact amount I need. The nonstick surface is also a plus, as it makes clean up a breeze. The only downside is that it can take up a bit of counter space..
