Review on 🔊 SAMSUNG HW-Q950A Black 11.1.4ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X and Built-in Alexa (2021) by Laura Mariana

I was glad I got it even though there were only 2 reviews (positive) but I read 2 detailed reviews online praising this model. I was disappointed. There are hardly any useful bass/treble or EQ settings! Plus 6, minus 6 in the settings regulate absolutely nothing. The same applies to the equalizer via the Smart Things app. The standard seems to be high frequencies with almost no basis on the tape itself. This results in an artificial tinny sound (to my ears). When switching from OTA TV to Netflix, Revain Prime, Hulu etc. the audio was lost and had to be turned off and on again. We have 2 Samsung Soundbars from 2017 with fantastic sound quality. Also only 2.1. In addition, the 2017 LG Soundbar also sounds significantly better than the Samsung Hw-Q 700A. I may have gotten a "lemon" but I'm not risking a replacement. Sent back even though the repackaging wasn't interesting.
