This trimmer is good as long as it lasts. I knew this when I bought it so I was ok with that, but if you're looking for a long-term product, this clipper will only last about three or four months, and you should know that. The protective case, which must be removed for cleaning, is very fragile and my last one ended up breaking. I bought this as a replacement, it broke the first time I took it off. I fixed it, but you need to know what you're getting into. The reason for three stars instead of two or one is that they cut very well. They can reach hard-to-reach places and small sensitive areas very close to the skin and they don't sting or grab. Conclusion: As long as they last, they're really great, but they don't last long and are delicate.
