used sonars before. The GPS plotter is basically useless and I was disappointed with its performance but honestly that's not what I bought it for anyway. Downscan, sidescan, sonar all work great, wish the price was a little lower but overall I'm very happy with this purchase. It just shows a white screen with water temp and speed but no sonar, downscan etc. Says "Stopped" and cannot connect to the sensor. I can't find any information on how to fix this, don't know what to do. Downgrading my rating to 1 because it's too early to run into a problem with a $400 device. Will update if I find a solution and also change the rating. Edit: 9/13/20: I fixed it! It was fine again and that was an easy fix too. There is a stop sonar button in the menu as to why it was disabled, I have no idea, I'm the only one using it and I know I never disabled it because I never knew it exists at all. But like I said, it's easy to fix. I would like to point out that it has been over 6 weeks since I contacted Lowrance and have not received a reply from them.
