This stuff works pretty well. Although, I'm in Jersey, so the temperature, house heating, and ventilation in the winter puts a strain on my humidor keeping a steady 70/70 even with the xikar gels and the solution in the humidor. I use this plus the regular humidifier that came with the humidor when the rh drops in the box and it does keep the box within the normally recommended 65-73 rh.
