This is the 4th set of hearing amplifiers I have reviewed. I have been testing out different products trying to find one that will help my mother-in-law who has mild hearing loss. These are far and away the best. The other ones were big and bulky like earbuds, uncomfortable and fall out too easily. They also had terrible feedback problems. These had none of those problems. We've finally found one that she will wear daily.The design is significantly better than the other amplifiers we've tried. In this set, the machinery rests on your outer ear and just a small piece goes in your ear canal. It is very comfortable and securely stays in the ear.The best aspect is the performance. My mother-in-law usually says "What?" all day whenever people talk to her, because she can't make out what they are saying. These amplifiers magnified people's voices around her without amplifying everyday sounds. She keeps it on the lowest volume which gives her the perfect amount of amplification. Conversations are now a lot less frustrating for her and other family members.The hearing amplifiers are comfortable enough that she can wear them all day and not even think about them. Nobody can even see them through her long hair. They have great battery life and are very easy to use.I have nothing negative to say about this product. If you don't want to go through the trouble and expense of getting a true hearing aid, these are a great option. I highly recommend them.
