Update: 23/02/2020 I have decided to order 2 different colours: green and white/cream. Both separate orders used watches. Both had dirty boxes and dirty worn watches. The cream watch looked like someone rubbed it and the finish is peeling in a few places. Alien fingerprints on the lock. The green watch wound up just fine, the white and cream ones, no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't open, leading me to think whoever opened it last must have wound it too hard, and now it's working no longer on everyone. So bloody disappointing, emailed twice in a row with no response from seller. I'm furious, for a $125 watch, something is wrong with the quality control.
