I don't know all the bad reviews but mine was in perfect condition when it was delivered. I EXPLAIN IT. When you turn on your phone, set it up and connect it to WiFi. It has LOTS of software updates that ALWAYS take! When I say forever, I mean my phone arrived around noon and was updated by 6 or 7pm (this is the first phone I've ever had). I ALSO DECLARE that you will have activation issues when using Sprint. However, speaking or chatting with the support team on Sprint's website will save you time trying to try it yourself. They will enable it for you as it is compatible with Sprint. Aside from those two small issues, I love this phone. The battery life isn't as bad as the reviews would suggest, and it actually charges fairly quickly. The speakers on this phone are the loudest I've had on any other phone. Sounds really good to me. The fact that this phone has a nice OLED display, NFC, wireless charging, really good Google cameras, is IPX8 certified and will be updated to Android 12 soon makes it worth it. Not to mention that this phone is pretty strong. I accidentally dropped it from shoulder height onto a tile floor, not a single crack, chip or dent. I'd also like to point out that this phone has a really cool feature that allows it to identify and store a list of all the music you've been listening to throughout the day. It states that the data from this feature never leaves your device, and I'm guessing that it works offline. . THE ONLY COMPLAINTS I HAVE IS NO MICRO SD CARD SLOT OR HEADPHONE JACK. I HAVE A 64GB IPHONE SO IT'S NOT THAT BIG DEAL. All in all I'm VERY happy
