After complaining to a friend about how much my butt hurts after cycling, she suggested soft underwear and as I need 2X or more the options are limited, I gave it a try. They're snug but comfortable (I wear a size 22 jeans) and the padding doesn't feel uncomfortable or bulky. They don't feel uncomfortable when you sweat and are easy to wash and dry. I will say that but if you are over 200 pounds I don't think there is a pillow that will help you as much as simply taking classes or riding a bike and getting used to it! (And lost weight over time.) The first few times I wore them, I was new to cycling, so my butt hurt no matter what. After 6-7 lessons with them maybe they change something? Hard to say, but I'll wear them anyway.
