Review on Gray Peak Workforce Management by Sean Bond

-Easy to use for both Candidate & Recruiters.-Quick onboarding process is what we like most about GRAY PEEK! We can easily communicate, update information or send files from within our office without leaving an email in their system (which seems super annoying). Very easy implementation which makes it seem very user friendly compared to other services out there. Not currently using any of these features at this time but will definitely look into them when needed down the road if they continue doing more improvements/updates such as adding video interviews during interview processes.-Ability for candidates to see all open positions even those not filled yet by employers so you're never surprised upon application submission where your next opportunity may lie. This has given us a better perspective on how much experience each candidate actually does have vs potential skill set. I like how easy it is to find candidates for our organization, as well as their ability to manage all of my payroll needs in one place! There are some minor glitches here or there but overall this software has been great so far!! We have had no issues using GWP at work thusfar; everything works perfectly fine when looking through resumes (our main focus) &ampnbsp™.
