Whole body warmth for winter

I love heating pads - I use them for cramps, I have one for my cold feet, for sore muscles, but because they are so small I can only warm up one part of the body once. since it was just getting really cold here, i went looking for a full-body heating pad and came across radiators that were filled with massage mats, even better. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The mat itself is long enough for my whole body and the pulsing points of the massager seem to hit the right spots on my body. The material is thick, gray and very soft to the point of stiffness. I mention this in the video, but since the massage points are hard, it's necessary to have an appropriately sized foam to keep them comfortable while they last. Late at night, before bed, I keep this an hour before bed. massage and remote control. - The remote control is captively attached and secured with a silk pouch sewn on the side. You can turn the heat on and off and you have 4 different massage modes. I personally find direct vibration the most relaxing. There are two intensity settings, and you can also control whether it should be the whole body or just specific parts. So I can just turn on the heat and vibration on my feet when I want. It's thin enough to use under sheets and I find the pillow comfortable. All of this can be rolled up and stowed away like a yoga mat when not in use. I personally think it's worth keeping the box for this reason because while I know I'll be using a ton of this winter, I may not be in the summer. I find that even those 15 minutes are very relaxing for my whole body and really help with insomnia and make it easier to fall asleep.
