If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought 2 packs for my new printer. At first the cartridge was NOT recognized, but after several insertion attempts in the "change" process it was recognized. This lasted about a month. As far as I can tell the cartridge is still more than half full, but I tried another cartridge anyway. This time the cartridge was not recognized after 10 attempts to play with reinsertion. EDIT: Turns out the product isn't meant to be sold. Epson is changing its firmware to prevent the use of third-party refills. So this only works if you roll back to a previous firmware version which you need to search for online and put the device in recovery mode.
