it does its job best in windshield snow covers
when purchased i only measured on the windshield and by those standards it works. I bought this for a 2012 Takoy and the mirror caps fit, the windshield cap fits but the straps do not. I was still able to get everything working, but a hook needs to be attached to the wheel arch, not the rim. For the price, I'd still say it's worth it, but an extra inch or two of elastic straps and they'd be gold.
