I live in the Pacific Northwest and there have been times when my 4x4 could barely handle the road. This year I bought several snow chains for a truck. I have not used them (YET) but I have dry mounted them on the wheels and they fit my LT275/65 R18 tires perfectly. They were installed fairly quickly for a test run and I'll keep them on the truck in case I need them this winter. The company makes good snow chains, so I'm optimistic.
