I needed to replace a broken shelf adjuster on my KitchenAid dishwasher. I found them half price than on detail sites. They were also delivered within a day, a huge plus. But the instructions that came with these parts were terrible. The first instructions were to remove the old shelf and then remove the old controls from the rack. For some, this will be easier said than done. The old controls are held in place by some not-so-obvious clips. Once this is done there are 10 photos in the 2 page guide to show what to do but each one is blurry and some of the details are quite small. I've found that you can search YouTube by the part number and you can find very good videos that show exactly what to do. This is very useful, especially when the new controls are a redesign of the old ones so they don't look very similar. After watching the video a few times, I was able to change the details quickly and easily. The new ones fit well and the whole replacement process took less than half an hour. So 5 stars for the parts minus one for the instructions.
