Must buy! Don't buy all the plastic kits. I've already bought two of these and one lasted about six months and the other six weeks. It's junk, and the heat from the dishwasher breaks down the plastic, making it brittle and easy to break. I needed to replace a broken shelf adjuster on my KitchenAid dishwasher. I found them half price than on detail sites. They were also delivered within a day, a huge plus. But the instructions that came with these parts were terrible. The first instructions were to remove the old shelf and then remove the old controls from the rack. Remember the instructions won't be very helpful (see attached pictures), you just need to be able to understand how it all fits together. IF you can't just tell how things fit together by looking at them, then this could be flatbread royalty. However, this is not my real beef.
