I was very disappointed. Obviously it has been used or returned. Of the 4 screws that were supposed to be included, there was only one with the head ripped off. The plastic on one of the triggers was slightly warped and didn't work properly, and there were minor scratches on the metal parts. If I didn't need to change it I would return it and buy a new one from another seller. I went to my local hardware store, found replacement screws that fit, and was able to fix the deformed plastic lever on the left side. to make it work. It works perfectly but I am not happy with the quality of how it was received.
