Using this product, our team found that it was completely ineffective at correcting posture or straightening shoulders during any physical activity in sports and outdoors .The material was uncomfortable and didn't allow for proper movement. The only pro was the adjustable sizing, but it didn't matter because the product was so poorly designed. Save your money and invest in a different corrective product for outdoor recreation..
