I agree with the previous post, the product sucks! Replaced the original 2 year old pump with a new 800 GPH rule and lasted 2 months. They are not designed for use in salt water and the spindle broke after about 4 trips of fishing. Complete junk and gets a guarantee on Rule products. Update: I spoke to Rule's product warranty department. 978-281-0440. They instructed me to fax them the receipt and they will replace the fax part with number 978-281-4320. Be sure to include your address. Still a POS product but I don't feel like changing my entire Livewell system. I think I will keep sending them back. Much luck!
