Website, maps, options and location info are excellent. The battery life is disappointing, especially since it is a new version with an increased capacity. On my only use, the battery only lasted 12 days, the first 4 of which the machine didn't move. The remaining 8 days included less than 10 hours of vehicle movement. Judging by the descriptions and comments on the old and new version, I expected a battery life of about 3 weeks. The reality didn't match. Outside temperatures were average for a Midwest spring, with no extremes during the mission. UPDATE: Support contacted me and suggested change the idle/motion report time from 2 hours/1 minute to 4 hours/2 minutes. We'll see if that helps next time. They also said that the larger capacity battery in this device should last 10-12 days; that the old version had an actual capacity of 5-6 days and not 14 days as the competitor claimed. Elsewhere in the answers to questions here, the seller claims 11-22 days of battery life depending on many factors. So I suspect my 12 days above falls within that range and could improve with new settings.
