I love these. They are very light but surprisingly warm and durable. They're so thin I could work all day in a street shop in sub-zero temperatures wearing regular thermals over these thin silk underwear, and while I didn't run or use my leg muscles to generate heat, my legs were so comfortable it was amazing. My hands are really cold. I wish they had made a nice silk glove liner that could be stuffed into both work gloves and socks. Maybe they do. I never thought to check. Be sure to check them out and you really will never want to go without a set.
