I like the picture quality on this 27" monitor a lot more than the 32" 4K BenQ I had before. I know it's not a valid comparison, but it works much better with my MacBook Pro. The stand is a bit sturdier than the BenQ, but it was modified straight out of the box to bend one side more than it should, so it was crooked. It came with matching cables to connect to my MacBook Pro which was nice too. They give you a mounting plate to mount it on your own stand which is nice too. This review is for a monitor with this model number, but I bought my new one directly from Apple for $100 more. I haven't tried speakers or charging. It also works with my Cal Digit TS3 dock when using the Thunderbolt 3 port, which was nice too. I would buy this again. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be as crappy as other LG products I've had in the past. This should hold me back until Apple upgrades its monitor to something more affordable. So, I'm saying, if you want something that works well with your Mac, this is a great option. The bonus is that it should work with your iPad Pro too.
