When using pans, everything sticks. I would have sent the kit back but the window has closed. My husband had bladder cancer and prostate cancer surgery and we had to leave home and go there. When we came back and I started using them I was shocked. I heated the corn tortillas in some oil and they stuck to the pan. Then, when the pan had cooled, the butter in the pan boiled. It looks horrible. So a small pan is fried. The other pan that came with the kit is just as bad. I fried the cod and it stuck, as did the hamburger and steak. The only way to fix them is to rub the Bon Ami for a long time. I do not recommend this set, waste of money.
