This dress definitely runs small! I am 225 lbs and normally wear a 2XL. I ordered a 3XL based on the size chart, and it is even still a little too small.The material is pretty thick, which is good. But it is so tight on me that you can see my nipples through the lined top and you can also see where the bosom lining ends and where my slip shorts waistband is.No, it does not have a line under the boobs-- that's just a fold in the material because it is too tight and so it rides up like that.It is also not machine washable according to the tag, though I washed it and hung it dry with no problems.But really it's a fairly flattering cut. If it were just a little bit bigger, I'd probably love this dress.
