This aerator did a great job solving my splatter problem and it's awesome. I have a deep rustic sink and a tall swan neck faucet. As a result, there was a lot of splashing onto the kitchen countertop as the original aerator only spat out a stream of water. This aerator (which I bought in brushed nickel) fitted perfectly and the shower spray option solved my splash problem! The male end of the aerator fits perfectly into the female end of the gooseneck faucet attachment. There is no leakage. Thanks to the pivoting feature of the aerator, I was also able to adjust the direction of the jet to keep splashing to a minimum. I am very happy! My site is very high quality and this heavy little aerator is also a high quality piece of equipment. It is well packed. And when you pick it up, you'll feel its weight.
