I mainly use this type of brush for watercolor lettering, but I also occasionally use it for watercolor illustrations. I can say they are no better having used so many brands over the past 6 years except for the price! They work perfectly and if they stay at this price (I paid about $10) I will definitely keep ordering them! The biggest plus for me, besides the price, is the longer barrels. The biggest scam is that they are not Pentel ha! Overall I would definitely recommend to my adult art students and say this is the best bang for your buck, especially for beginners!
