My wipes came in dispensers that were not factory sealed and closed with clear tape as shown. This leads me to believe it's either a reused container that someone added liquid and wipes back to and sealed with tape, or the wipes were narrowed after leaving the factory. In any case I don't feel like I can trust these wipes as I don't know why they weren't sealed at the factory and I don't know what was done to them after they were opened. Therefore I will not use these wipes. One positive thing I would say is that the liquid smells like my previous (factory sealed) pack of tissues. I just don't trust any cleaner that has been opened up after it left the factory, god knows what was done to it while it was being opened and then resealed.
