Indispensable when grilling

This thermometer is ideal for grilling. It's easy to use and easy to read. With the remote probe you can check the temperature of the meat without removing the lid of the Weber boiler. The probe is inserted into the opening in the lid or can be passed under the rim of the lid. Batteries are available and not expensive. Accuracy is very close, water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit and ice water reads around 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
