I bought four shampoos and ended up with two shampoos and two conditioners. I assumed the mistake was mine so I didn’t take any action. Now I see that I ordered correctly. Live and learn. Beyond that, though, I have used and loved this shampoo for many years. It’s just not easy to find in stores.
- When I opened the box, the shampoo was everywhere and all the tops were loose. Lot of waisted product.
