I bought this in May for my second car which I don't use very often when I went back and actually opened the product did you find it? It doesn't work at all after using it for a week and I only used it 3 times before it stopped holding a charge and didn't work at all... You pay for what you get, dodgy workmanship and the device is weak I'm not surprised
