later Don't let my name fool you, this is an original Dyson DC07 rack part. The only thing to consider if you have a vacuum that is the same color as mine (Dyson DC07 All-Floors Cyclone Upright Vacuum Cleaner, well I technically own a beast but I couldn't find it on Amazon. ) When replacing the hose, the connection points are now the default gray color compared to the corresponding color of the previous hose. It does NOT affect performance in ANY WAY, and if someone did NOT know, they wouldn't even notice. The size is perfect and it is easy to put on. Make yourself feel like you've done something. Dyson is a great brand and this is the first time I've swapped out parts on mine (I've had it for over 6 years, the hose started falling apart and after 3 pieces of metal strap I got tired of fiddling with it). It's good to know that any user can keep a $500 vacuum cleaner running with minimal effort and expense. It's the same part from Dyson, but as mentioned you save on shipping and taxes for me! Walnut Creek processed my order and got it to me very quickly. I will go to them for all my Dyson vacuums. PS - do yourself a favor, why buy a premium vacuum only to advertise it with inferior parts.
