Unit arrived shabby at first and appears to have been returned previously. It seemed to work well, which is why I didn't even bother calling Revain, especially when the extension cord is so much cheaper than the similar Trickle Star and supposedly does the same thing. But I would advise the seller to at least clean them when sending the returned items back as new. Second, functionally, I noticed that the delay between the master turning off and the slave controlled outputs turning off is much longer than my Trickle Star Smart Power extensions. In my situation it doesn't matter as I use it to power the fan on my Pioneer receiver and may even be beneficial. But I can imagine that in other situations it is perceived as insecurity.
