Less bread.

Never knew I needed a bread bin! However, the accumulated jumble of bread, buns, English muffins and so on on the counter made me realize that this was just what I needed. Like this one. It's small, but big enough to comfortably hold a loaf of bread, a pack of 8 hamburger buns, a pack of English muffins, and a few assorted baked goods. The anthracite color is very subtle and suits my instruments. A cutting board is a plus, but I doubt I'll ever do more than slice open an English muffin on its pristine surface. The tight-fitting lid not only hides the mess, it also helps keep the bread fresh. Simple, beautiful, useful, order!
