The platform is simple, fast and the customer service is exceptional. They are always quick to help and the platform is easy to use. They're a Microsoft Gold Partner which makes me happy. I have no complaints, everything is great and I couldn't be happier. I am solving my paper challenges. The platform is seamless and has a great customer service. The reporting is also great. It helps me reduce my paper workload, and provide my team with the tools we need to do their jobs better. The customer service is great! They are always there when you need them. I like that they're able to help me in multiple ways (sales/customer support). It's easy to use once set up correctly. There will be some learning involved but it was not too complicated to learn or implement myself. We have been using this system since early 2017. This has helped us improve our cash flow management as well as reduce time spent processing invoices.
