Overall I think it helps reduce blue light and its effects. For work and school I have to look at the screen for a long time. I usually get a headache at some point during the day. This screen seemed to help with that. In the end, I couldn't get over the fact that I could never apply film without a few specks of dust sticking to the back and permanently staining my screen. If you then remove the foil and try to wipe the stains, a beautiful stain will appear, which cannot be corrected in any way. Finally, you can remove all the bubbles as long as you don't tap the screen for an hour. I removed the film for a clear screen and treated a headache with ibuprofen.
