Does what I needed
The volume/power buttons on the original Yamaha remote stopped working. The settings button still worked when I needed to change something in the settings. So I tried this replacement remote and now I can turn the receiver back on and change the volume remotely. The setup button doesn't work on this new one, so you still have to hold the original to do it. I saw a mention about button programming in another review, but without instructions I'm not sure how to go about it.
