Review on π High-Performance Moroso 27293 Oil Pan Gasket: Ultimate Leak Protection for Optimal Engine Performance by Ron Patel
Since the gasket is 1/2 inch thick this gasket doesn't fit and I have to silicone coat the whole pan and hope for the best. I want my money back
I bought a Moroso oil pan and oil pan gasket and followed the instructions exactly. Insert rivets, coat the corners with silicone, put on the seal, put on the pan and tighten. I look around and see that the oil pan is snug against the oil filter housing, since the gasket is 1/2 inch thick this gasket will not fit and I have to lubricate the entire oil pan with silicone and hope for the best. I want my money back. $85 of my hard earned money for something that doesn't even work.
