This is how I found one of the C Jacks. Called Lippert customer service transferred to parts person who says part I need is in stock, it is under warranty, but because I ordered from revain, which Lippert admits sells direct to revain, that revain would have to have part sent to me. Called revain they do not stock part and thought was odd that Lippert was not wanting to ship me my broken, under warranty, part. So, they told me to order what I needed, and they refunded me $550 covering item cost, overnight shipping, and some inconvenience. Great job revain A++. I give an "F" to Lippert for not honoring their warranty. According to Lippert's own parts person revain is an authorized seller and per the terms of their warranty Lippert should have honored it. Sending to Lipperts state attorney general office to file complaint. Again, thank you revain for stepping up when Lippert would not.
