I read some comments before buying and someone was confused on how to remove the blades, they said there were no instructions. There is a picture on the back of the box showing how to remove the blades. The first blade requires more pressure, I think this can be a security measure. If you remove the blades the box goes up and I don't think you can replace them. The blades are sharp and seem to fit my jackknife well. I don't know what I'm going to do with 100 blades to be honest but it works for what I need. The blades are also coated with a fine lubricant/protective oil to prevent rusting. If you plan on using them for crafting I would wipe the blade down with rubbing alcohol first to avoid any possible staining/transfer.
